  Third Trimester: The third trimester is the final stage of pregnancy which begins from week 27 to the end of pregnancy. It is a time of great prediction and quick change for both you and your child.  This trimester ends with birth. This period is stimulating both bodily and emotionally for a pregnant woman.   First Trimester: The first trimester is the premature phase of pregnancy. It starts on the first day of your last period before you are pregnant and even stays until the end of the 13th week. It is a time of great prediction and quick change for both you and your child. Pregnancy is different for every woman. Some women glow with good health during this period of 12 weeks; others feel unconditionally depressed. A woman’s body faces many changes during the first trimester, a period of 12 weeks.
