What are blackheads?
Blackheads are small bumps that appear on your skin due to clogged hair follicles, these bumps are called blackheads. Because the surface looks dark or black blackheads are a mild type of acne that usually forms on the face, so why do blackheads appear?
Causes of blackheads
Hormonal imbalance causes excess sebum production sebum promotes the accumulation of dead skin cells and impurities thus blocking pores' pore blockage results in enlarged pores. The exposed sebum oxidizes in the air and turns black resulting in blackheads.
How to get rid of blackheads?
You could either use the traditional way but that will only remove the surface part and break the blackhead in half. Here is the following traditional way to remove blackheads:
Traditional way:
I'm gonna be telling you one of the most powerful homemade masks that will give you glowing skin and get rid of all of your blackheads and minimize your pores dramatically and it's super affordable. It only needs three ingredients.
You can use this mask anywhere that you notice a lot of black and whiteheads now all you're going to be needing for this very powerful mask is some baking soda you can use any brand, whitening toothpaste a little, a bit of water, and a spoon and jar to make the mixture in.
So you're gonna be needing about a tablespoon of baking soda this is really gonna help lift up all of the dirt and blackheads and whiteheads you're also going to be needing some toothpaste some people say don't use whitening toothpaste. But I find that it works fine this really helps to disinfect your pores and the last ingredient is a tablespoon of water.
Before applying this mask you want to make sure you get a washcloth and some super hot water because we're gonna be applying this on our face to open up our pores and make the extraction process very easy as well as help that mask work into our skin. So you just need to squeeze the hot water out and then apply it to your nose. Now gently pressing the washcloth onto your face works best. You like to apply it for about a minute. You are just going to be taking a toothbrush and dipping it into the mixture that we made and applying it to our problem area. Now with this, you are going to go in soft very soft circular motions and then in an up-and-down motion. That's done.
Other ways:
You could use a blackheads cleaner. They will suck away all going stuck in the pores.
You could use salicylic acid to gradually remove the blackheads.
You can also use some kind of charcoal mask for good results.
