Cake Yazdi:

Ingredients

  1. Eggs: 3

  2.  one cup of sugar

  3.  one and half cup of flour

  4. 1 tsp Baking powder

  5. Half  tsp of baking soda

  6. one big tbsp of cardamon powder

  7. one tbsp vanilla extract

  8. 4 tbs of rose water

  9. half cup of oil

  10. Plain yogurt: half cup  of yogurt

  11. Sesame seeds to garnish

Preparation

  1. In a bowl add all dry ingredients. Flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cardamom powder. Mix well and set aside. ( use strainer for cardamom powder to get fine mixer of cardamom powder ).

  2. Beat eggs with sugar in cake mixer stand or with an egg beater until you get a creamy texture.

  3. Add oil in the mixture and then slowly add rose water and vanilla extract and mix.

  4. Now add dry ingredients flour mixture and mix well at the end add yogurt and mix well.

  5. Add mixer in cupcake baking paper.

  6. On top garnish with sesame seeds.

  7. Bake cupcakes for 30 minutes or until you see they turn in to golden brown color on 350 Fahrenheit.
